Return Rules & Guidelines
Return Window
We offer a comprehensive 15-Day Return Window starting from the date your package is marked as delivered by the courier.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the device must be in the exact same cosmetic condition as received, packaging intact, with all inbox accessories.
Grade Specific Criteria
Grade A (Like New) returns must show absolutely no signs of cosmetic use. Grade B & C (Good/Fair) returns are accepted for undocumented hardware defects.
Exclusions & Voids
Returns will be rejected if the device has physical damage, water intrusion, tempered warranty tags, or is locked to any iCloud or Google cloud account.
Claim Submission Process
Request a return via 'My Orders' in your dashboard, upload 3 clear photos of the device, choose your payout method, and obtain your RMA label.
Return Shipping Fees
Free courier reverse pickup is scheduled for verified defects. A flat Rs. 300 charge is deducted from payouts for customer-discretion returns.
Refund Processing Timelines
Once inspection is complete (within 2 business days), refunds are issued: 24 hrs for Store Credit, 2-3 days for UPI, and 3-5 days for Cards/Netbanking.
